With 15+ years in finance for advertising and publishing, plus a background in art and freelance illustration, I bring both precision and creativity to my role as Finance & Compliance Manager at Fledge. My mix of analytical skills and artistic thinking helps me solve problems with clarity, flexibility, and a fresh perspective.

With a teaching career that began in 2015, I bring nearly a decade of experience working with a diverse range of students across both public schools and the private sector. This broad exposure has shaped my ability to adapt, connect, and effectively support learners with varying needs and backgrounds. My commitment to fostering growth and curiosity in the classroom continues to drive my work as an educator.
Bal Nijjar
As Account Manager at Fledge Tuition, Bal works closely with schools and local authorities to ensure the smooth running of every tuition programme. From managing communications and coordinating schedules to handling feedback and resolving issues, she ensures each partnership runs efficiently and with care.
