We work in partnership with schools, trusts, and local authorities to provide trauma-informed, flexible education for young people in care, in hospital, in secure settings, or currently out of education. Every student deserves a way back into learning, and we’re here to make that happen.

Children in Care
Specialist 1:1 and face-to-face tuition for children in foster care, residential settings, or unaccompanied asylum-seeking children who need stability, structure, and trusted adult connection.
Hospitalised Learners
Flexible, trauma-informed tuition for young people in hospitals, medical recovery, or at home following serious illness or treatment.
Young People in Secure Settings
Education continuity for learners in youth justice placements, secure units, or alternative residential settings.
Refugee & Asylum-Seeking Learners
Targeted AP to support English language, core subjects, and re-engagement for learners facing transition, trauma, and resettlement.
Students Out of School
Provision for learners awaiting placement, school-refusing students, or those not currently in formal education.
Tailored Lessons That Supports Day-to-Day Learning
At Fledge, we don’t just step in during a crisis. We also work alongside schools, MATs and local authorities to provide short- and medium-term tuition for learners who need a little extra structure, support, or momentum to thrive. These learners are still attending school or learning at home for now, but they’re at risk of falling behind or losing confidence. Our online alternative provision offers structured support to keep them connected, engaged, and progressing.
Teacher Top-Ups
Structured support over 6 to 12 weeks to boost progress, reinforce core learning, and lift learner confidence.
Targeted Engagement
Short-term online alternative provision that helps learners at risk of disengagement re-establish motivation and rebuild their connection with education.
Temporary Scaffolding
Flexible support for students facing time away from school, helping them stay on track and return with confidence.
