One student. One teacher. Unlimited potential.
Our 1:1 online alternative provision pairs each young person with a qualified teacher who understands their life, builds trust, and delivers impact.

Some young people need more than just a lesson. They need consistency. They need someone who won’t give up on them.
Our 1:1 online alternative provision is built for learners whose education has been disrupted by care, illness, exclusion or crisis. Delivered by qualified, trauma-informed teachers, our sessions are flexible, fully managed and built on trusted relationships that help young people re-engage at their own pace.
Whether the priority is reconnection, confidence or academic progress, we meet learners where they are and help them take the next step.

Ideal for young people who:
- Are in care, in hospital, or in secure settings
- Are school refusing, excluded, or awaiting placement
- Are living in temporary housing, refuge, or facing severe instability
- Have experienced trauma, anxiety, or disrupted life circumstances

- Need structured, individual support for re-engagement, confidence, and preparation ahead of GCSEs and A-levels

What schools and families say
The Fledge team are incredible, they matched the right teacher for our most anxious student, and the impact was instant. Confidence, routine, learning, all came back.
What subjects do you cover?
Whilst we specialise in core subject tuition (Maths, English, and Science), we can support students in a wide variety of subjects, from humanities to languages, and beyond.
Are teachers fully qualified?
Yes. Every Fledge teacher is a qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with enhanced DBS clearance and experience working with vulnerable learners.
Can parents be involved?
Yes. While we work directly with schools and local authorities, we welcome communication with families and provide regular updates where appropriate.
