Fledge Focus (1:1 tuition)
Individualised tuition that meets each learner’s needs. These one-to-one sessions provide space for trust-building, targeted academic support, and English language development, led by tutors who are experienced in working with young people facing trauma and transition.
Fledge Link (small group tuition)
Small-group sessions that encourage language skills, confidence, and peer connection through collaborative learning. Ideal for learners in shared living settings or attending provision centres where routine and social belonging support emotional wellbeing.
